ARmanHow do you like your grouper cooked?
I like it just about anyway you make it. Grouper is just behind my favorite fish, red snapper. Damn! Now I'm hungry!

I know halibut that get big and old tend to be wormy and inedible.

I cannot stand the taste of Salmon or any freshwater fish. I do like Halibut a lot, but you never see it here in South Florida. So it's kind of out of sight out of mind. All of the other fish is given to me fresh, right off of a buddies boat usually.
Tatortodd- yes the big ones are good eating, but some can be wormy...….that's what needle nose pliars are for!
