I was going to show that video to my kids, but "San Juan" is not a country, nor is "Guam." Likely other errors too that I didn't catch. Oh well, it was cute anyway.

Uh, why would small errors stop you from showing it to your kids? Weird man. It's a fun bit.

Don't know that it matters if he's anyone in particular. Face painting is usually using a small brush and painting on things like butterflies and stuff. This guy is just gonna make one pass with a roller.
