What are the markers that declare one is the victor? It seems to me that if the basis for this war is based on ideology, expoused by those on our own soil, how do you kill an idea and say that you're the winner?

America’s Cold Civil War

I think SIG 209 has a plausible picture. The “skirmishing” will go on for a while. How long we can’t tell.
Not quite all out civil war, but lots of the social justice warriors seeing how much “poking the bear” they can get away with. Left leadership working hard to encourage the same.

I said years ago that much of what Obama did was poking the bear, hoping to provoke a civil war. Remember he claimed that Lincoln was his favorite President, and the First Civil War resulted in a vast increase in Federal power.

But now that their guy is no longer CNC, I can't see how they could hope to win an actual shooting war. Then again, self-delusion has always been a problem for the left.

It seemed to be getting pretty close to widespread violence during the height of the BLM movement. I remember a point where people started yelling about taking it into white neighborhoods and then it suddenly waned quite a bit.

We need to pick a "best of" thread and keep Jallen on the front page from now on. It was good to see his name again.

Its impossible to predict at this point. But if the left gets their way with immigration and the welfare state its only a matter of time. I think it will start with local takeovers after voting fraud, maybe people will stop paying their taxes. If gun owners (the American populous) is successfully disarmed or becomes completely complacent then we will look like France for a while then a mix of eastern europe, middle east, africa, and mexico and asia. Just a giant melting pot alright, a melting pot of humanities worst. Courtesy your Federal Government dems and reps alike. **edit (I am in no way for anarchy or violence, however there is a line government can cross where violent takeover or defense is necessary. For any one who would scoff at this notion, the Nazi party would be an extreme example.)

Yes. We are behind France in both categories but headed in that direction. What is going on in France is the reaction to socialism combined with open borders or unlimited immigration.
