Waking up this morning at 50...
Happy birthday!! I turned 48 on July 2nd and that was tough, I imagine 50 will be a day off work beer day.

I started downhill skiing the day before my 50th birthday.
Stay in shape and you’ll still be doing fun stuff 20+ years later.

Beat me to the Punch. Check for thick long fingers, that’s a NO-GO.

I’m 50 and have a 12 year old, and a 4 year old... Big Grin. If I didn’t have old football injuries going all arthritic on me, I feel 30.

It’s a mindset

At 53, I'm sure I am not as strong as I was at 40, but my life really hasn't changed. I still do what I always did. I am concerned about when "that day" comes that my body betrays me in a big way. It happens to everyone.
