It was interesting how they moved the detainee inside the caution tape. They also took the detainee down gently. I didn't see any tackles, or Judo throws. I'm impressed of the civility of the force. I would have hip tossed a few if not gone full waterboy.

that's just to make sure she doesn't damage any cars when she's taken down. I cracked a windshield once taking someone down.
