Because most of us "peasants" could only (just barely) afford one.

If I let mine go, I fear I'll never be able to afford a replacement.

Have you checked the current prices on a clean
P210/P49) w/ original holster and spare mag.?

Put a WTB in the Classifieds. Someone will pop in. But, you know the drill, watch out for scamming cockroaches.

I've seen two or three American versions pop-up in the Classifieds, now and then.

I don't shoot mine, much, because I don't even make the time I should to shoot my SD pistols. So, while not quite a "safe queen," it nearly is. But I'll not give it up. It's just such a nicely-crafted pistol.

Just saw one as I was leaving the gun show in Wooster Ohio. It was a newer 210 he had a plastic box. I didn't ask him how much as it was at the entry table. Looked new

Saw one a few weeks ago, but got distracted.

Bought a P220 instead.

So you wanted an engagement ring for your girl friend, but bought her a plastic one out of the gum machine instead?

And I like P220s.

given the current State of Official Confusion, Oregon Bill 114 has created considerable backlogs in FFL/OSP/etc paperwork.

Queue last I read was about 19000 long. Completing BATFE 4473 is unlikely to be completed by the Dec 8 official cut-off date.

Enabling permit/testing etc in addition to previous procedure has not yet been developed, and there are no official safety training officers enabled.

I'll wait.

Keep looking, its worth the wait.

At one time I had 5 of them. It took me years to find just one I felt was "perfect" for my uses. So I slowly sold off/dumped the others. I do have a second one, but its an original -7 gun in new condition. And it even has 2 magazines! Those are like hens teeth.

We don't sell them because we appreciate the trouble we had finding and buying them originally. If you look long enough and have a big enough wallet, they're out there. They don't come in plastic boxes. Keep looking.

Saw a number for sale just today. Not the prettiest, and still clocking in at $3500.00.

I like them, but won't ever get one especially at these prices.

Forgot to add they were at Classic Firearms

I just checked calguns.net.
No one has offered a P210 Legend for >5 years.
I was specifically checking the Legend to look at current value in CA.

I've got a NRA 2019 Target Model, and I shoot it regularly.
I'd like to get a shoulder holster to carry concealed.

I bought mine in the Classifieds here but that was a long time ago.

It's an early cold war 1950s West German Border Police model.
It came with original holster with the name Kolle hand written inside the flap.

I like the history it represents.

It was 3 grand and that was back in the aughts.
