These "4,000 entry level positions" NY State jobs aren't going to make these people independent. That's part of the reason they're not being filled. They're a rung on the state ladder if you're young and living with family, or in a multi income household, but they won't be getting by on just this job.

Honestly most of these entry level jobs are already taken by LEGAL immigrants, so all she's doing is screwing the people who obeyed the law. Surprise, I know.
