What would one of these threads be without the self-righteous first reply being an accusation of being a lazy SOB? Roll Eyes

Glad the OP is seeing the improvement he and his doctor were hoping for.

Not at all, I didn’t find it offensive. The doc was pretty happy with my results. I’m pretty happy with them too.
Best wishes 3eagles, hope you reach your goals!

I can see your perspective on my first response. Smile

Did you stop to consider mine? A lot of these medications that were originally designed to help with blood sugar have also been found to have weight loss benefits. So much so, that many of them no longer market themselves toward blood sugar control, but have flipped to being marketed as a weight loss medication. Those that have done this also say "studies indicate a 20% weight reduction with exercise."

I asked from the perspective I did because I have been considering using one of these medications for weight loss and was curious about the amount of exercise needed. I have NEVER been one who found the routine of exercise pleasurable. My thoughts and feelings about that would be better served in some other discussion. Perhaps I should have been more verbose and clear in my first post explaining my perspective?

My reply to you isn't intended to agitate, but instead to offer up the thought that everyone sees things from their own perspective. Taking the time to see another's perspective can at times challenge our own thoughts.

Congratulations Zecpull. Hope it stays that way!
Mounjaro can make you slightly nauseous but it was tolerable.
