Yes, I've been there and agree.
Lenny & Joe's lobster rolls are decent, too and they're right outside Hammonasset.

Well you guys have some great ideas. They make for some great motivation to get out of the hospital quickly so I can explore. You had me at lobster roll!

Just so you know what to expect if you go, these are hot buttered lobster rolls, not lobster salad.
Both are good, but the hot lobster rolls are so much better, IMO.

Tarrywile Park & Mansion in Danbury is a nice hike. Kent falls is close as well and beautiful in the fall.

WB that sounds amazing!!

Thanks for the well wishes friends. A little better each day. Still inpatient but the hospital and staff are very kind. Gonna have one heck of a scar.
