Maybe certified mail? Sure someone could open it or you could send an encrypted flash drive (via mail). Or just transfer the file by a remote desktop session.

Load the information on a encrypted USB flash drive with strong password protection. https://www.techradar.com/news/best-secure-drives Send the USB via USPS, UPS or FedEx. I would use USPS Certified Mail. Upon confirmed receipt of the drive by the person you chose, provide the password. Let me help you out. Which way did you come in?

one time send it registered (NOT certified) mail. One of the few true bargains in the USPS. regular updates work out a secure email strategy. “So in war, the way is to avoid what is strong, and strike at what is weak.”

That's because some members are over-complicating it This is just a small amount of information for which text messaging would be suitable were it not for it's lack of security, yes? If so: Signal Private Messenger will be ideal. It's secure (strong end-to-end encryption), easy to install, and easy with which to connect to other people. (It uses your existing contacts it you give it permission to do so.) Go ahead and test it. If you have a family member or friend nearby, the two of you install it, connect to one another, and find out. The apps are free and advert-free. So it costs nothing but a bit of time to try it, and not much of that. If you don't like it you can just delete it. Bonus: It's also a great cross-platform calling and video-chatting app "America is at that awkward stage. The best way is to handwrite the information, then get in your car and drive there, handing the paper to whomever it was intended. Sorry but no digital information is truly secure.
