We have a Crumbl Cookies around here, so you may need to be careful around anything crumble related.

"The people hate the lizards and the lizards rule the people."
"Odd," said Arthur, "I thought you said it was a democracy."
"I did," said Ford, "it is."
"So," said Arthur, hoping he wasn't sounding ridiculously obtuse, "why don't the people get rid of the lizards?"
"It honestly doesn't occur to them. They've all got the vote, so they all pretty much assume that the government they've voted in more or less approximates the government they want."
"You mean they actually vote for the lizards."
"Oh yes," said Ford with a shrug, "of course."
"But," said Arthur, going for the big one again, "why?"
"Because if they didn't vote for a lizard, then the wrong lizard might get in."

Like “The Cookie Jar” per sigmonkey.

I was thinking “Something Sweet” as it leaves the door open to cakes, etc, and sometimes you just want something sweet, but I think sigmonkey nailed it.

Bear Arms Bakehouse - may not go over well depending on where she lives.

Semper Fi Sweets

Is she in Texas? Bluebonnet Bakery.

Buttercream Bakery/Bakehouse

I guess she needs to decide if she wants a name that is cutesy, or edgy, or sounds upscale.

If it matters, try to come up with something or settle on something that doesn't necessarily have a dad joke or play on words, in the name.

It seems like longevity works better if you don't have to rebrand because the joke is stale while the cookies are not.

If that makes sense.

For instance, around here, Captain Sundae has been around longer than "Sundeas in the Heights" was.

Monster cookies

My mother used to make her "monster cookies" with chocolate chips, oatmeal, m&m's, chunky peanut butter and butterscotch chips. She would make them huge too, 6" at least. Man I'd like to have one now

Not to be confused with the Whisker Biscuit.

My serious suggestion is the Cookie Tree.
ABC Cookies would probably land you the first listing in the yellow pages (do they still have those?).
