Just like the the title says, I need someone, in the Cincinnati area, to move a gun safe for. Does anyone have any recommendations?

Thanks

I know a good one in Louisville but travel time might be a deal breaker. I've used Mark twice and he is a pro.

Rental shops should rent an automated dolly. It lifts and lowers safes up and down steps, it also supports them so you can wheel them around.

It cost me 65 dollars and some beer for my nephew's help.

Local shop wanted 150 dollars a step.

When I moved in NC, I used some helpers from a friend of mine…we took the door off the safe and they used a dolly to roll it out the door and into the house…taking off the door took about two hundred pounds off the safe and they were able to move it on dolly and some boards…it was a liberty safe and held about 15 rifles on one side and the other was shelves.

When I had my safe here in TX two guys dropped it off the truck on a pallet, took it off the pallet in my garage and used some slick sticks to slide it around the house, literally a 10yo could have pushed it around .

I had a 600 lb safe i moved by myself from one end of the house to a new addition on the other. I moved it on 1in pvc pipes 2ft long and rolled it right along to its new spot. About 5 years ago i bought a new Fort Knox big fire safe that weighed 1800 lbs and they delivered it. My house just has one step up and than they slid it on slick sticks also to its new home.

I bought a gun safe from these folks many years ago at the Dayton Gun show.
Did a great job at a reasonable price.
Dependent upon where you are in or around Cincy they maybe able to help. I was living on the north side of Cincy at the time.
