I believe the voter IQ has been declining in the past 15 years in NYC. I have seen it first hand, the brain trusts are commuters or escapees to another state. The middle class has been crushed. It is exactly what the socio-commies planned to do have the majority living under the cradle to grave control.

Wow. Imagine if ANY white ex-cop had even said he was a better cop than his black co-workers, much less use a racist term to describe them. Anyone that thought that he would make a good mayor just because he is former law enforcement is probably a bit let down at this point. I’m in agreement with those that feel his administration will be a train wreck.
