Christmas Dinner - What is everyone having?
We had ham, scallop potatoes, fresh green beans and candied yams.

The leftovers were finished off last night.

My families schedule was such that I'll be having a post Christmas gathering. I'll be making lasagna in the slow cooker, and cooking a small strip loin.

We did strip steaks, garlic sauteed green beans and broccoli, and my sausage dressing that my wife really likes. For dessert, we had little individual chocolate lava cakes. The tank for the grill was almost completely out, so did an Alton Brown and used the gas broiler inside Smile

The steaks came out a perfect medium rare - whew!!! I only added a minute to each side from what I do for the grill outside and rotated the steaks at about the midpoint for each side.

Ham, green bean casserole, and mashed potato casserole.

So good even my 4 picky little munchkins ate it.
