Exactly. Those that lean democrat stopped developing mentally way back in adolescence. They often seem a bit too proud of themselves and seem to expect everyone else to do something for them.

Repairing that scratch will cost several thousand dollars. If he is prosecuted, he could become a felon. Most likely, the charge would be lowered to a misdemeanor, due possible first time offender.

However if the felony charge would stick, as a felon, he ability to keep his seat in congress would be less. Can an individual sue someone for a criminal act, and have him become a felon? Or is this only up to the DA and the police?
