You will be loved! I have had several GSD’s and a Mal or Dutchie will love you like no other! I wish I had k own about the breeds and been in a place 25 years ago to start having them. Do something everyday to bond and build trust. In training understand they have a sense of what’s fair and equitable. They can be over thinkers as well or try to execute what they think you want.

Thanks everyone. I actually tried to take another picture or two, but we’re downstairs watching basketball and her face is so dark (in particular) that in this light you can’t really see her. I think that in her face you can see the Malinois in her.

We’ve made a lot of progress in building a bond in a very short time. She’s got a good foundation in obedience and walks at heel very well. She’s currently in a down-stay and gives every indication that she would stay there until hell freezes over.

She looks like a champion and a fine addition to the family. Congratulations

Here's a picture. Obviously, at her age, she had a name, but we didn't like it. She's got a new name to go with her new start, Ren.
