So we had extremist training this weekend at drill. It was given by the Brigade CSM and his skin color would qualify him to interview Chicago mayor lori lightfoot. Not that it normally matters in a military setting where the only color that matters is green...or OCP

Anywho, it was exactly how extremist training should be done everywhere.

First example; when covering supremacism extremist he first covered white supremists....only issue I had was I did not realize that bugaloo boys were white supremist but to be honest I have not spent a lot of time reading up on them so ...ok.

So right after that he went right into black supremists and listed all the normal candidates....new black panthers, Nation of Islam etc. He then went where I did not expect, BLM and while he did not directly say BLM were racists he did say many members were.

When discussing the Don't fuck around group he had a great giggle about how hard they were...how well trained in firearms they were.....and how often they had NDs that caused injuries to their members

When discussing preparing the training he mentioned he could not use the SPLC as they listed groups like the Jewish Defense League
to which his expression was....WTF?!?!

The sad part is that I should not be reporting this as out of the ordinary when discussing military training but it does give me some confidence that others in the military are doing the same.

I think he may have been confusing the Jewish Defense League (JDL) and the Anti-Defamation League (ADL). If the JDL is/was not a terrorist group, they have certainly skated very close to the line.
