My oldest graduated from HS last night. She graduated from a public school here in ATL but was in the school's STEM program so she's had an engineering focus throughout HS.

She has chosen Purdue to chase her dreams of working in sports rehabilitation. Her chosen field offers a 3/2 where she'll get her bachelors (Kinesiology) in 3 years and Masters in 2 (Sports Engineering). Plus she already has a semester's worth of AP classes out of the way.

So excited for her path in life AND she's going to be a BOILERMAKER! WOOT!!

Bart: Alright, we'll settle this like men, with our fists.
Hedley Lamarr: Sorry, I just remembered . . . I am armed.

Purdue is a good school. I have had several students graduate for there and they all have been successful professionally. One works at Los Alamos.

Congratulations! That's a milestone, indeed.

"It did not really matter what we expected from life, but rather what life expected from us. We needed to stop asking about the meaning of life, and instead to think of ourselves as those who were being questioned by life – daily and hourly. Our answer must consist not in talk and meditation, but in right action and in right conduct. Life ultimately means taking the responsibility to find the right answer to its problems and to fulfill the tasks which it constantly sets for each individual." Viktor Frankl, Man's Search for Meaning, 1946.

Thanks guys! Been dealing with teenagers at the house since 2. Exhausting especially when you open the bourbon at 3 (For me, not the kids)!

So, what are you going to do with her room? Guitar room? Reloading room? Weight room? Game room?

Her room will remain hers. She has threatened her younger brother if tries to take over the "big bedroom". Big Grin

Too funny.

My kids think they have the room thing all figured out too. I have to remind them the two bedrooms were one 24’x14’ guitar room before they were born.
