A couple years ago, I purchased a jumbo muffin tin for smoking Mom's meatloaf on the BGE. I use it as a mold instead of putting the tin on the grate as it increases surface area for the smoky goodness. Meatlovefe? I'm not a big fan of meatloaf. However my mother made a meatloaf that was Italian spices and had a slice of thick ham and mozzarella cheese rolled up in it. That dish is a get out of my way and watch your fingers. Meatloaf, corn on the cob and a baked potato is one of my favorite meals. Prefer mix of veal, pork and venison as the meatloaf components. | |||

As others have noted, this is an excellent idea! And how about baking flattened balls of meatloaf on a cookie tin? That would provide even more browned crust. Serious about crackers. | |||

Me too, in about 5 hours!!! That is a great idea!! Spicy ketchup on the tops of each, with real bacon crumbles on top of that!! | |||
