ScreamingCockatooMy first attempt at custom 1911 grips
So I found these hobo coins that I thought would be awesome in some plastic grips.
THey're a succubus on one side an a skeleton bison on the other.
I'll probably just put the girl on both sides.
All I have to bore with is a door knob bit set.
I'll set it in black resin then fill it with clear resin.
We'll see how they turn out.
So fare I bored the cavity. Now to get resins!

FiveFiveSixFanThat's a cool project. In several videos I've watched where they're insetting various objects using clear resins, they use pressure pots to avoid trapping air bubbles. Just a thought, but do you think a Forstner bit might give you cleaner edges?

I'm experimenting with what tools I have on hand.
I'll improve my methods as I see what works.
It's crude now as why I chose cheap plastic grips to learn on.
