I am skeptical, but ever hopeful. Forgive me, I've lived in New York all my life.

The first people known to contract Covid19 has been named.

Ben Hu, Ping Yu and Yan Zhu

They ALL worked at them Wuhan lab.
Well well well.

I’d call that a victory.
I think more are coming.

One of the things I have learned well on this forum is to trust Para's instincts, he is rarely off base, and it isn't just hopefulness that makes me eagerly anticipate this development/event. I will admit to hope that it is something truly profound, in contrast to the so-called "bombshells" that the media tries to inject meaning into in a desperate search for clicks.

We had to suffer through Carter to bring us Reagan. The patriots that love this country far outweigh the idiots who hate it yet won't leave. It's the crooked media that gives the idiots more air time than those of us who love this country.

We can thank the Lord there are still so many who care about this country. This country needs the Donald and the train wreck that is coming will turn the country's direction 180 degrees.

“Our actions may be impeded...
But there can be no impeding our intentions or our dispositions. Because we can accommodate and adapt. The mind adapts and converts to its own purposes the obstacle to our acting.

The impeding to action advances action.

What stands in the way becomes the way.”

I don't know what form the victory will take. It might come not in the form of one giant victory, but in a series of small victories, like this one. I'll take a victory in any form I can get. https://sigforum.com/eve/forum...050004105#1050004105

^^^ Totally agree. The leftists have pushed way too far. The normal majority is tired of the abnormal crap coming from every direction.

There will be a revolt to that!

SCOTUS could certainly deliver some good news in the next couple of weeks. There are some important cases coming up, not least of which is the one regarding the Chevron doctrine.

We, as the “normal” majority are certainly overdue for the pendulum’s swing back to reality. I hope it’s soon

Did you detect the comet while stargazing and calculated that it will impact California?

No, Para's premonition is far more signifcant than a piece of the left coast sinking into the ocean from a celestial impact. And you know I could believe it. The more you thnink about it the more it could make sense, and though it's hard to explain, it makes sense in an inexplicable sort of way.

Maybe… but if California fell in the ocean I’d still consider that a victory.

"Some things are apparent. Where government moves in, community retreats, civil society disintegrates and our ability to control our own destiny atrophies. The result is: families under siege; war in the streets; unapologetic expropriation of property; the precipitous decline of the rule of law; the rapid rise of corruption; the loss of civility and the triumph of deceit. The result is a debased, debauched culture which finds moral depravity entertaining and virtue contemptible."
