What has the brainwashing that you can only succeed with a college degree done? Created jobs for teachers and professors in second and third tier colleges and community colleges that didn't even exist when I attended college in the first half of the 70's. Most of these educators are public sector employees who are members of public sector unions. Hmmm!?

There is a third way. Spend the college money on a valuable, in demand degree, and apply yourself to earning it. There are worthless degrees, no one is forcing anyone to get one.

A good rule of thumb is to never pay more for a degree than you can earn in a year with it.
