I don't watch TV so I might be a little out of the loop.
Let me see if I understand.
1. President Trump was in Phoenix?
2. There were protesters? (If # 1 is correct, of course there were protestors. They just won't let it go.)
3. Some of the protesters were armed?
If I am correct on all of the above, how in the name of all that's holy, does an armed protester get anywhere near the President? What am I missing?

From what I gather from friends that were covering it there was one set of idiots yelling at another set of idiots and then those idiots were yelling back.
I am not sure how close the armed idiots were allowed to get but we see that alot here.
Everyone in Phx was freaking out thinking the city was going to burn and it turned out be be very uneventful...some tear gas and concussion grenades were used to help break things up aty the end
