Add Jennifer Rubin to my PABA list...

Walter Reed saved my life in 1949 when I had bulbar polio; I am forever grateful to the physicians, nurses, therapists and all of the staff for my being alive today!

My Walter Reed experience led to my pursuing clinical laboratory science as a career and I like to think that my work life contributed to many thousands of patients getting better or even surviving.

It's really clinically nuts. The hospital, the doctors, nurses, and staff helped bring the President back to a healthy prognosis, and this awful bitch is angry about that. So the hospital should be defunded because it does its job too well on people this lady hates. Just perfect.

The funny thing is she’s the token “conservative” at WaPo.

Some of the best doctors in the world are at Walter Reed. I saw people that I thought were going to die or be permanently injured during my time in the service. Walter Reed gave them a second chance at life.

I would watch the Medivac aircraft fly away and I thought I would never see those guys again.
