Has anyone used push on type air hose end to repair a 3/8 air line? Do you recommend any particular one? I’m just trying to avoid a hose clamp on the end.

The Push-loc type hose ends on the correct hose works fine.
Took me a while to be confident that it would hold OK.
Just be sure to use a quality brand like Parker etc. that's rated for the pressure you're using.
