After a super rare condition (Molar Pregnancy), my wife miscarried at 5 months. The baby was totally healthy, but the abnormal cell growth from the mole was too much for the baby. Wife is obviously devastated.

Anyway, we’re having the baby named and cremated, but I was wondering if anyone had some knowledge about cremation diamonds. I figure it would be a nice way for the wife to keep the baby with her in a way.

I have limited knowledge, so I won’t say anything other than I’m sorry for your loss. My condolences.

I've seen two of them. A friend at church, his wife had her parents in a stone each. They were yellowish diamonds as I recall.

She, being a glass maker, use to make bowls, plates, and beads for people using cremated remains (mostly glass beads).

I’m so very sorry for your loss.

Cremation diamonds sound like a nice idea, but I know little about it. I hope someone has more knowledge on this.

With a five month preemie. There will not be enough ashes to make jewelry with. Sorry for your loss.

I’m so very sorry for yours and your wife’s loss.

Have you checked with a funeral home for ideas?

My wife miscarried once. It was devistating. I know what you both are going through and I'm sorry.

I think anything you do to remember your child will be loved and appreciated.

Our heartfelt condolences, Ramius. From what I understand it takes a minimum of a couple tablespoons of ashes for the process. If that isn't viable what about a memorial tree using the ashes? Just Google 'memorial tree from ashes'.
