I agree it’s an appropriate penalty.

Florida law says sexual battery on a child under 12 is a capital offense but, unfortunately, the SCOTUS decided in 2008 that the eighth amendment prohibits imposing the death penalty for rape of a child (that’s been the case for rape of an adult since 1977).

Life in prison as a convicted pedophile might be worse though. Death row is a pretty quiet, segregated place compared to the general population (at least it was when I visited).

Look at the Biden family. Dysfunctional as they come. Joe is clearly a child predator. I used to think the child sex ring run by the Clintons stories were a bit outlandish. No more, I think it is well within the realm of possibilities.

This is clearly a practice of the entitled once they have everything the world has to offer. Apparently once every want and need, every desire is fulfilled you want to strip a child of their very innocence? These people aren't sick or demented they know exactly what they are doing. It's another want they feel entitled to. I have no doubt there are powerful forces and powerful people behind those forces that would love nothing more than to normalize this behaviour.

It appears the FBI has been "investigating" the CNN pedo for quite awhile; FBI didn't want to do anything that would cause issues for their allies at CNN during an election year.
