PASig“Let ‘Em Go Larry” Krasner, Philly DA Strikes Again
Gee I never saw that coming.

Local news has been full of stories of rampaging “youths” or “teens” ransacking Wawa stores in Center City Philadelphia, robberies, assaults, you name it.
Who’d a thunk it? When you have an ultra liberal ultra woke DA that has been CLEAR that he’s on the side of the criminals and not the law, that the criminals would run freely knowing there’s NO repercussions?
It’s amazing to me that the idiotic citizens of Philadelphia voted this guy back into office recently.
Well, now you get to deal with the consequences of that:

calugoYup the people of Philadelphia are pretty stupid for reelecting Krasner.

DennisMIf Satan himself ran for office in Philadelphia on a platform of "Elect me and I will roast and eat your children," he'd draw 88% of the vote as long as he had a (D) next to his name. And that's just the living votes, without needing to go to the voters in the various cemeteries.

I feel for the good people in the Philly area that didn't vote for this. Philly in general will get what it 'wanted'.

There is not a doubt in my mind that the above is true.

Same here. But then I think about it...
It's the small minority of, like you said "good people" in that area that are getting the true shaft.
Add to the list-
New York
Chicago
San Fransisco
St Louis
Portland...
I honestly can't believe that people are dumb enough to keep making the same mistake over and over again.

Marion Barry
January 1990, when he was videotaped during a sting operation smoking crack cocaine and was arrested by Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) officials on drug charges. The arrest and subsequent trial precluded Barry from seeking re-election, and he served six months in a federal prison. After his release, he was elected to the Council of the District of Columbia in 1992. He was elected again as mayor in 1994, serving from 1995 to 1999.

CPD SIG^^^I remember that.
The people of D.C. voted for a CRACK ADDICT...
A crack addict... And it was on video.
It would like to think that "people" would be a little smarter, have just >< that much more common sense. I guess not.
Hell, the idiots here REelected foxx.
IIRC, the Founding Fathers wanted only land owners to be able to vote. Why? Because they had "skin in the game", they had something to loose, something to gain with the weight of their vote.
I propose we look at something slightly similar. A simple IQ test. Hell, they do it at amusement parks- "You must be this tall to get on this ride".
Why not the same thing:
"You must be this smart to preform this function"
Like vote...
