Gender Diversity Index ETF

Good Lord. While doing a little portfolio rebalancing I see this fund, SHE, pop up on the screener. It isn’t performing too well.

I actually like the idea. It's a good way to track whether gender diversity in senior management teams return better than the S&P 500.

If the returns are better, then they made a good point that diversity is good for the bottom line. If not,....
