1963, the day Kennedy was shot.
1967, 16 yo, the day someone talked me into going rock climbing, and w/o ropes. He tried to catch me at one point, and he fell to his death, which I watched.
1973, winter, I was unknowingly the subject of a kidnapping attempt, which went wrong. Strange things happened that day, and realized a year later that it was an organized kidnapping try.
1974, November, the day I "became aware" and realized my father had paid the climber's father and his son to trick me and push me off a cliff. That day I also realized this was just one of his many attempts. Overall it ended up being over 20 attempts, but none so close as when I was hanging on the side of a frangible, near vertical cliff, and I had just watched "my new friend" fall to his death.

Nov. 2016, the day Trump was elected to save our nation.

Wow is right. Kennedy was killed in 1963. But why should that matter, given the other dates?

You can't truly call yourself "peaceful" unless you are capable of great violence. If you're not capable of great violence, you're not peaceful, you're harmless.

He tried everyday he could for 40 years, but I was usually one step ahead of them. Being a lawyer he hired people as he did not want to get caught. In respect I realize that he had been building a defense case since I was a teenager, doing this to bolster his credibility.

He convinced someone in the justice dept to access the DMV database. I had a real close call after one of those attempts. By a one in a million chance, I happened to pick up some developed film at a photo store. I have an unusual last name, and the clerk handed me a packet with photos of my rental house and my two cars. My dad had taken photos of my location and the images were for the killers. He had it developed a mile from me rather than 70 miles away where he lived.

Fortunately he is no longer around, but I will forever be wary.
