Here piggy, piggy come see what daddy did....
Underneath this mess of wonderful piggy is 6# of smoked pork loin, smoked at 225 for 3 hours followed by 1 hr rest. I was surprised how good it was

Looks fantastic, I find that if there are leftovers, 1/2" thick slices seared in a pan, go exceptionally well with eggs and biscuits for breakfast.
