Is this Deer's ear just covered in ticks???

Checking my cameras from the cabin and this girls ear has some sort of growth all over it.
Is she just got a whole slew of ticks or something else. Sorry pics and video is not better.

And never mind the back porch full of junk. Still working on the kitchen and bath. Going to haul it all off to the dump tomorrow.

I shot a deer years ago that had a number of wart-like growths all over its body. I was told that is was a type of viral infection, limited to the skin, and basically harmless. Possibly the same thing here.
