I went to FT.Leonard Wood two years in a row when they had an open house in the early 90's.
It was awesome. The A 10s would come in and blast away at barrels and a huge bulls eye target hung between telephone poles.
Being 15 and living through Top Gun, the buzz saw RRRRIIIIPPPP of their guns threw me off. I expected more of a movie type gunfire sound.
