Skeptical also. Reading a bit says consumers can request that their data be deleted. And Data companies access the Delete Requests every 45 days and comply. Yeah Right.

What a crock of shit. It’s a candy coating to placate the gullible. You will never stop the collection of personal data until the consequences of doing so outweigh the monetary benefits. A quick search will tell you that the global data broker industry is around $257 billion annually. Good luck stopping that. How many coffers were filled in Sacramento to sign that piece of paper?
