Are there note some unoccupied islands in the Aleutians? Would make a dandy place to store such assholes. And we have a shit ton of such in this country as well.
Put them up there, give the shovels, rakes, seed, one season's worth of fertilizer and seeds and leave them there. Patrol boats around the island to keep would be "rescuers" away. By away, I mean sinking them.
