They must be great up where you are. The last time I saw them was in MN before daylight in deer season many years ago. I didn’t want to go to the stand and miss the show!

Our daughter sent killer photos from Kalispell MT. We lived there 20 years and never saw them. I saw pictures from Albuquerque?

Working tonight and it's killing me!

We saw them last night about 9:00pm when we were out walking the dog here in northern Indiana. They weren't as defined as the pictures you get from the guys in the arctic, but they were absolutely the best I've seen here. My phone did not get good pictures, but we enjoyed watching them for quite a while.

Hope you get a chance to get some pics tonite 2000Z-71. Your photos are always amazing!

Yesterday was my first time seeing it. My kid got some great pics.

Saw it down here in southern Colorado. Could see a faint hue in the sky, but when i pulled out the phone and put it in night mode, I got this:

Here in Utah it was just like Bigpond's photo above with the naked eye. My daughter in northern Colorado had waves of red from the west to east horizons.

Red is rare, so this was a special treat to see.

Last night, just outside the city limits, there was a marvelous view of the Northern Lights. It was incredible and the first time that I have seen them.

The iPhone camera amplified the light quite a bit to reveal a much more stunning view that what I could see with my eyes down here in South Mississippi.

Get out there tonight, supposedly even bigger than last night. Saw pictures from Arizona and Florida last night. Crazy.

I'm not sure but my home camera facing northward might have caught something - there seems to be an unusual purple-ish tint in the sky at around 20:40 (camera caught some motion and recorded at that time). Unfortunately, I had some landscape lights on so that perhaps messed with the contrast.

I'll look for it tonight. Is it all night or just specific hours? I think here clouds are expected tonight w/ rain tomorrow..... Sucks.

There’s an app called, My Aurora Forecasts & Alerts. It has all kinds of data, maps, cameras, etc. and can even be set up to provide alerts for when the Lights may be visible.

One forecast says best viewing tonight around 10pm eastern time. That's based on when the incoming blast from the sun is expected to arrive.

No joy for me I guess. It was cloudy and rainy here. Tomorrow?

From the weather reports I’ve seen, it will be worse tomorrow.
But the weatherman is often full of it. Hope you get better viewing!
