I cannot speak to those specific glasses, but I have a pair made specifically for computer work from COSTCO. The filter out a lot of the blue emissions from the monitor. Work fine.

gunnar are the leaders in the field. I've got some at half power from Zenni. I work in IT, so I'm never not looking at a screen I'd recommend them to anyone who'd be interested.

I wonder if people w/ flat screen tv's should be wearing these as well?

or is it just a computer monitor problem?

Same here, makes a huge difference, still progressive but the center magnification has a wider viewing area, as opposed to the normal progressive where distance gets a wider viewing optic. Also had mine coated to protect against UV or death rays or maybe it was manta rays, some kinda rays works great for monitors.
