Pretty good deal for the times we are in. I can vouch for these guys I have ordered lots of stuff and never a problem so far. I'd jump on it quickly if you are so inclined they usually don't last long. They have a couple other sale items like whole tenderloins but I have one in the freezer already.

smschulzNo doubt a great steak but hardly a "sale" at $33 lb.
I am sure it tastes great though.
Anymore I have just been buying whole ribeye's or strip steaks mostly from Costco then dry aging them for around 40 days.
I've been really getting to like the dry age taste lately.

lastmanstandingNope not a steal by any means but a sale. CF is always better than most grocery store beef I can source here. Prime grade is even hard to come by around here. Most stores don't order it in because of the prices they don't want to sit on it only to discount it so they can move it.

SIGnifiedWell I did the hot sauce and I’ve done the knives; even did the freeze dried foods recommended here. I’ll try some tomahawks.
I usually do the Costco thing as well or the local butcher. But all meat this year is pretty wonky. With birthdays coming up - it’ll be fun. Thanks!

Flash-LBAbout the same price as the GilbertButchery a few miles from my house.
It's worth it to me for a really excellent aged steak that I can cut with a fork, which is what I get locally.

NavyGuyToo steep for my budget, especially since we don't/can't eat as much meat as we used to.

myrottietyHonestly. I can take a Publix ribeye and make it better than %98 of the restaurants around me.
So that's a nope from me.

bald1With truly great locally raised beef and bison available, I have absolutely no need to pay that kind of freight for diminishing returns.
Appreciate you posting though for those so inclined.

trapper189Choice ribeye is $18 a pound at the local Publix, so relative to that, $33 a pound for really good prime doesn’t seem that bad. On the other hand, I like other protein sources better at that price.
