I know you said outdoor but here's a couple of sites dealing with indoor OTA antennas.

We paid a local antenna company to install one in the roof, maybe $375 or so. It works great, smaller than the old ones.

You could try the smaller ones. We had a smallish one in the attack, this newer knew works much better.

I bought This one from Walmart. I get 73 OTA channels between the Chicagoland and Michiana markets.

For a more "modular" look, I got this one from Amazon:

At $126, it's probably more than you want to spend. There's a picture showing it mounted straight to the exterior wall of a house, but I mounted mine on a SS pole attached to a gable mount.

it will depend on how far from the TV stations you are to choose the right type of antenna.

Go here and it will help you determine the antenna you need. https://www.antennaweb.org/

+1
For most people, almost any excuse for an antenna will work, even the cheapest old rabbit ears you can dig out of a 40 year old junk box.

The flat, thin, wall-mounted antennas are quite elegant and work for stations up to about 30 miles away.

If your stations are over 30 miles, you might want an outdoor directional antenna.

Go to tvfool.com and see how big of antenna you need by typing in your address. It has really good information there

You can find these at the Micro Center or ebay. Looks like the price has gone up since I paid about $20 several months ago.

It has a built in Pre-amp and outputs for two TV's and 100 feet of cable from the antenna to the output box.

with out know where the transmitters are located , its any ones guess as to what would be required.

the signals that I need to capture are 9 miles away , I use a $1.19 set of 30 y.o. rabbit ears.

Just ask some people in your general vicinity,
they would be much more inclined to know.
