I have ridden my bike past Fleur de Luc numerous times, and could never get a glimpse at the fictional Corleone estate.

It’s not for the whole estste. It is only for Residence 13 of maybe 17 or 18, not sure the total. Still 3 br, 4 ba, ~3700sf, private dock on the lake.

Lake property is hideously expensive. I remember reading some years ago that the billionaires were driving out all the millionaires!

Luckily, I have enough willpower to control the driving ambition that rages within me.

"Some things are apparent. Where government moves in, community retreats, civil society disintegrates and our ability to control our own destiny atrophies. The result is: families under siege; war in the streets; unapologetic expropriation of property; the precipitous decline of the rule of law; the rapid rise of corruption; the loss of civility and the triumph of deceit. The result is a debased, debauched culture which finds moral depravity entertaining and virtue contemptible." - Justice Janice Rogers Brown

10 people get together and time share it.

On second thought, that won't work.

I couldn't afford the HOA fees, much less the Cali taxes. Beautiful, though.

I had a client in S. Lake Tahoe who told me the property had a statue out near the water of Yoda, or an incredible likeness to him.

Wonder if that is still there?

Hey, a little respect. He was a business owner.

Auditioning them for the bordello.

This was the business he’d chosen.

I was staying at the Hyatt in Incline Village last year (which incidentally is the only hotel in the entire area that actually sits on the lake) for work. The surrounding neighborhood is some of the most expensive homes on the lake, around 3 about 100 construction workers are lumbering down the street with all their tools, going to their vehicles in the hotel's overflow lot and the local JC. Next morning I go for a run past this area, and it's an insanely large plot of land (for the area) with multiple buildings, an army of contractors and a platoon worth of security. Find out from the front desk that it's Larry Ellison's place getting worked on. Roll Eyes
