So mine arrived today and they are all too small so I guess I need to figure what to do about that.

As for the fabric it is fairly soft not being washed yet.
Not nearly as thin as your typical undershirt but not nearly as thick as the Duluth or LL Bean.
I certainly would not wear the white shirt as an outer shirt with no undershirt.

As for their sizing there is nothing I can really tell you as I received the following sizes F8, i8, and T8.
No clue what that means. Number must be length they are all about the same length.

Letter must be something with shoulder width.
T is the widest, i is in the middle, and F the smallest but the i and F and just a touch different. With the T being substantially wider than the other two.

They said to send all 3 back and 3 more will be on the way.

Usually supposed to be a $6 charge for a 2nd fitting (my guess shipping). But said no need to worry about it this go round.

Hoping these work out. Sure would like a good US made T shirt source.

SInce I am in the same boat, I did exactly the same thing and had the same experience. I'm tall, but more torso and less leg, thus "tall" is necessary and not optional. I'll see what the next generation brings.

Round 2 of my test fit arrived and I have settled on size T10. Whatever that means. Will be just right provided they don’t shrink which is their claim to fame.

The initial shirts are 14.3 oz fabric. You keep your one from the test fit and you unlock different fabric weights and color.

After the initial purchase the 14.3 oz are $16.50 and about 8 colors.

Step up to a 14.5 oz shirt and they are $18.50 and a out 8 colors.

Then there is The Gladiator which is 16.5 oz and only 5 colors at $22.50.

I opted for the Gladiators as the thicker the less shirts cling and print.

So in the end going with the Gladiator they are a couple bucks cheaper than Duluth or LL Bean but made in the states so I am good with that.

The 14.3 oz shirts are super soft, way softer than Duluth or LL Bean. They are not as thin as your typical cotton undershirt and are good for wearing as a single layer. If you wear an undershirt the undershirt wrinkles will print through.

I always wear an undershirt even with just a t shirt since I am always carrying it is a nice sweat guard. Granted I have a sweat guard on my R Grizzle Holster I still like the layer between.

Ordered 2 of the Gladiators to give them a try. So we’ll see how it goes. Hopefully they’ll get more colors in that weight.

I think their pricing structure and having to unlock stuff doing the test fit and are limited to white or black for the initial purpose is pretty stupid but I am not their bean counter but ohh well the white one will be a good undershirt for work.

This go round they sent me G10, i10, and T10.

T10 fit the best with the G and i being a little snug.
I think the number is the length have no clue on the letters.

Cool, I like that they’re American made with different sizing and weight options. Just placed my order and going to give them a try. Been looking for a good t-shirt option. Thanks for the info!

My 2 Gladiator weight T shirts arrived today and as long as they don’t shrink they are the best shirt feel and fit I have come across.

They aren’t as thick as Dickies or Carhart (I wear these working on the car when rolling on the driveway), they aren’t as thick as Duluth which is about the thickest I’ll wear for comfort.
And slightly thinner than LL Bean.

They are nice and soft maybe will get a little softer with wear possibly.

At $22.50 for a US made shirt I am quite happy. Pretty much what I was paying before but better all around so far.
I do wish they had more color offerings in the Gladiator thickness.
