This is very different from the deal given to Jussie, who did not have to admit responsibility, did not have to pay restitution and did not have to do any real community service. In addition, there was no nol prosse agreement, just a blanket dropping of charges.
Well thanks for the legal perspective of the case. It does make sense, as people make mistakes, particularly if they are poor for a long time.
