Stupid little 17 yo from the looks of it got what he deserved. He was probably saying don't hurt me. We need a lot more of that kind of police work to get things straightened out. A lot of it.

Amazing. From the time of the idiot spinning around and then taking off, to getting cuffed on the hood of the car, was 30 seconds. Extremely fast, efficient police work, buy that guy a case of beer.

I think that officer used to do calf roping in rodeo. His patrol car entered the intersection at the 10 second mark and he had the turd in cuffs at the 35 second mark.
