Even in this day of the ubiquitous cell phone, there are some numbers that I commit to memory.

Close family phone numbers
My social security number
My drivers license number
My car license plate numbers

I have memorized exactly what you listed. I also still remember the landline phone number of the house I grew up in and the address. I actually use the phone number as a secondary passcode on something. Also for some weird reason walking home from elementary school one day I memorized a license plate of a car parked on the side of our street to tell my mom and I still remember that license plate number to this day.

I remember the same important numbers. I also remember 2 HS girlfriends license numbers, several school friends phone numbers, the phone number of a girl I had one date with, and the checking account number from a bank that doesn’t exist anymore. No clue why. The wife’s SS number but I don’t think that counts.

I remember my social security and my phone number. That's because I've had them for a long time.

In practice, I don't remember much. I use alarms, outlook reminders, and such like my password manager. My theory is the brain capacity I don't take up in remembering stuff, I can put to use for processing and analyzing information.

My german military personnel number asigned to me over 30 years ago.

My brother has great memory. He still knows the VIN of his first car from 30 years ago.

Sadly, I forget birthdays of family & friends.

Most I memorize are multiple logins I use daily.

It's not so much the current numbers I remember - D/L, SSN, a couple of phone numbers - it's the completely useless numbers that waste memory space.

My Navy service number that they issued before SSN's became a thing.

Our home phone at the farm from 60 years ago.

House number from the same farm.

Mailing address at the farm.

OTOH, it took me nearly 2 years to not have to look up the number of my cell...

Old address numbers from childhood and the places we've lived, SSN's for specific people, several phone numbers for clients and companies I deal with daily, if I put them in an autodial I'd forget them like we all do with todays automation.

My son has a photographic memory. Never forgets a face or a name. Great thing for a police detective. He passed this to his daughter.

We found that at an early age she would watch us use a pass code to get into a phone or computer for her to play on and that code was no longer secure. She remembers everything you ever did and every number. I pity her future husband.

I can remember everything from my childhood but can’t remember what I had for breakfast.
