The False Covid Narrative

I hope this isn't stepping on Para's toes with a taboo subject, but I actually did my own analysis of the numbers here, I will do my best to recreate in text form, especially as it has to do with Hillsborough County, FL as of this morning. I am sure it will be similar in many localities.

These numbers are based on the Florida Dept of Health numbers and do not have anything to do with the way you protect yourselves and your kith and kin.

Hillsborough County Population:1,472,000
Total Cases: 4,914
Hospitalizations: 564
Deaths: 109
This equates to a case ratio of 0.33%
Of the cases, 11.5% are hospitalized and
2.22% of those hospitalized pass

To take it further, in my county, you have
a 0.038% chance of being hospitalized if contracted
a 0.0074% of dying based on the population.

National levels/ratios are not significantly different.

Recent testing reveals something that the media does not seem to want to address, testing

No Positive: 4,982

Now the number of positive tests seems to pretty much align with the number of cases (not sure of the 60+- difference). Testing is much more recent than when initial diagnoses began.

The way I interpret is that 4,914 cases, many if not most, were pre-testing phase. Meaning that there is an inverse relationship between testing and actual cases. Asymptomatic or not, the risk for the general public is low.

If you are in the greater risk groups (you know who you are), feel free to protect yourself however you like. I am OK if you isolate, wear masks, refuse to see your children/grands.

The local, national, global economy can not handle the previous or forthcoming shutdown.
