Did Murph for the first time in a REALLY long time. Been working out the last 5-6 months pretty hard again after basically only doing BJJ. Was getting pretty soft. Finished it right at 1 hour (No Vest). For anyone that doesn't feel like googling it: "MUrph" = Run one mile —> Do 100 pullups —> Do 200 Pushups —> Do 300 Squats —> Run one mile Train how you intend to Fight Remember - Training is not sparring. Sparring is not fighting. Fighting is not combat. | ||

Ran 2 miles, but didn't do the others, at the same time. Been doing daily calf raises, situps, squats & push-ups, so I got 60 squats & 50 push-ups a few hours later. Don't have any facility for pull-ups at the moment The Enemy's gate is down. | |||

I am not in shape to do the Murph. I remembered his sacrifice, reading the workout. Maybe next year. ------- Trying to simplify my life... | |||
