Occasionally I have soreness in my shoulders and can feel them popping a little bit. I came across Indian Clubs online and had read that they are a good tool for gaining more range of motion and rehabbing injuries. I was wondering if any members here have used them and seen positive results. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Physical therapists and orthopedic surgeons know this stuff. I would be hesitant to start doing some exercise without checking first. I have a friend who is an orthopedic surgeon. I was developing pain in my left elbow. In one minute he did a quick exam told me I was developing tendonitis and suggested an elbow brace which I wear when shooting. He said to wear it when shooting and said it was common among people who shoot handguns.

Ive played with them but never gotten serious with them, they seem cool though. When I move back to the USA full time I might get some and get on a regimen with them. Id also suggest looking into the Turkish Get Up with a kettlebell to help with shoulder issues, I used these with great success to help a shoulder injury I got in Jiu Jitsu and lots of other guys Ive known have used these to strengthen their shoulders and rehab them as well.
