jcsabolt2Home Security/Monitoring Cameras
My in-laws want have a few cameras on their home. Very long story, but it involves my perpetually drunk brother-in-law and my father-in-law who has dementia. I have used the Dropcam (aka Nest) cameras several years ago on our church with mostly success. At that time bandwidth was an issue and some were numerous static charges/lightning strikes (church on top of a hill), but no more in our area. These need to have remote access, prefer to be hosted at home, but can be Cloud based. Any recommendations? I have look at Nest, Arlo/Arlo Q, YI, FLIR, etc. Keep coming back to Nest and Arlo series.
