You think a member pointing out that you were asked a question by your host, and then, when you behave like you're stone blind, the same member answers your question- that's "ass kissing"?

jljones doesn't kiss my ass, and his amusement at your behavior is understandable.

He stuck his neck out and turned it into something it didn't need to be . Let him fight his own battles . He started it on page one with his comment to me that he KNEW you would approve of . Why did he even need to get involved with me ?

You have been here long enough to know that I don't like members turning victories into defeats. This does not mean that members have to go against their personal opinions and cheer a thing they think to be ineffectual or perhaps even detrimental; it just means that I want members to allow a celebration without interference.

Why is it that when members point out policies of mine, or reinforce something I say, or anything of the sort, it has to be considered ass-kissing.
