You do a great Alex Lifeson on one of Rush's greatest songs.
"I vowed to myself to fight against evil more completely and more wholeheartedly than I ever did before. . . . That’s the only way to pay back part of that vast debt, to live up to and try to fulfill that tremendous obligation."
Alfred Hornik, Sunday, December 2, 1945 to his family, on his continuing duty to others for surviving WW II.

Exactly. Great song composition but I couldn't get past Geddy Lee's vocals. Got the 2112 DVD-A knowing this and tried but ended up selling it.

Your guitar tone is vastly superior to that of the guitar player of Rush! I'd come to your gigs if I lived in your area!
Thanks. In the first one, Big Money, I'm using my GK 250ML, which is exactly what Alex used for that whole album. Bought that amp in 1988 and it's got some miles on it. I also have most of my guitars wired for coil splitting, so I can get the single coil sound when the song calls for it, which Big Money does. Otherwise I use old Marshall tube amps and may have used my Friedman Dirty Shirley combo in one of those. My fav these days is my Marshall 4010, which is a rare bird, but it just slays all others for small to mid-size venues.
